Pagosa Peak Estates features “Sound of Music” views
Located in the beautiful Upper Piedra area, north out Piedra Road. Closer to the north mountains and with the higher elevation the area does get more snow than most areas of Pagosa Country. Parcels are predominantly 3 to 8 acres, though a few are larger. Electric but no central water – private wells are standard fare in the area. This is classified a water-critical area and new wells are being permitted for household use only.
