San Juan River Resort is 6 miles northeast toward Wolf Creek
This popular area is out Hwy 160 closer to the ski area . Unit 1 is the “mountain side”, north of the highway. Unit 2 is the “river side”, south of the highway. The development borders National Forest and the San Juan River runs through Unit 2. The property owners association maintains the area’s private central water/sewer system and the gravel roads. Some of the area has natural gas. Lots are only 1/2 acre – horses are not allowed here.
Directions: Travel out Hwy 160 northeast of town about 6 miles. San Juan River Resort spans both sides of the highway. The riverfront properties in Unit 2 are south of the highway on a lower level, down Decent Drive.
