Twincreek Village is part of the Pagosa Lakes Property Owners Association (PLPOA), and sits at the northern edge of the Pagosa Lakes community. The neighborhood is surrounded by tall pines, open meadows, and gently rolling hills, creating a peaceful, park-like setting. Its slightly higher elevation gives many homes elevated views of the San Juan Mountains, especially in the fall and winter months.
Real estate in Twincreek Village consists primarily of single-family homes and vacant lots, offering a range of styles and price points. The area west of N. Pagosa Blvd. is mostly wooded and some of those lots border Martinez Canyon (National Forest). East of N. Pagosa Blvd. the terrain is mostly rolling meadow north of the equestrian center, with wooded areas on the Piedra Road side.
