Pagosa Meadows sprawls over many acres south of Hwy 160
Pagosa Meadows lies southwest of Hwy 160 and is part of the Pagosa Lakes Property Owners Association (PLPOA). This semi-rural neighborhood comprises parcels primarily between 3 and 10 acres in size, although 3-5 acre parcels predominate. The terrain of Pagosa Meadows varies from flat open meadowlands, to gently rolling, to downright rugged and hilly, with shale ridges covered with some combination of Ponderosa Pine, Gamble Oak, and Juniper.
Built on a foundation of spaciousness and privacy, Pagosa Meadows preserves the freedom of rural living without isolating residents. While the community enjoys central water service, septic systems are required for each property. Included in the Pagosa Lakes Property Owners Association (except Unit 1).
Meadows 2,3 and 4 are included in the PLPOA (Pagosa Lakes Property Owners Association).
