Lake Hatcher Park

Lake Hatcher is a stocked fishing lake and reservoir about 6 miles north of Hwy 160

Lake Hatcher Park is located in the northernmost part of the Pagosa Lakes community, offering a sense of privacy and seclusion while still being part of the larger neighborhood network. Its proximity to Lake Hatcher—a sparkling, man-made reservoir—is one of the community’s defining features. The neighborhood is easily accessible via paved and well-maintained roads, and it’s just a short drive from downtown Pagosa Springs and the area’s shopping, dining, and amenities.

Lot sizes in Lake Hatcher Park are generous, often ranging from one-third of an acre to over an acre, giving residents space to enjoy their surroundings without feeling crowded. Properties closer to the lake frequently offer unobstructed views and easy access to the shoreline, making them especially desirable. Most of the lots are approximately 1/4- acre.

The homes of Lake Hatcher Park dot the west side of the lake, where the terrain is relatively flat with few trees. The national forest to the west has trees in abundance. Lake Hatcher Park is part of the larger Pagosa Lakes Property Owners Association (PLPOA), which offers residents access to additional amenities such as recreational facilities, parks, and walking trails.
