Lake Forest is one of the four stocked fishing lakes in Pagosa Lakes
There is limited lakefront property and several parcels on the west side of the subdivision border national forest. Parcels range from wooded to treeless. Most of the lots are approximately 1/4- acre. “Upper Lake Forest” features 1/2-acre parcels. Included in the Pagosa Lakes Property Owners Association (PLPOA).
