Colorado’s Timber Ridge is an upscale newer development of mostly 3-acre parcels
This was an 1100-acre ranch with a variety of terrain, from open meadows to heavily forested ridges. Many of the lots offer dramatic mountain views. There is extensive open space throughout this development, available to residents for hiking or riding. It’s rather special among small-acreage neighborhoods in that it has paved roads, and central sewer in addition to central water. The paved roads are maintained by a metro district. Utilities are underground. POA dues are $70 for 2017.
