Parcels vary in size from 1 acre to over 8 acres. Terrain is wooded and hilly with some parcels having wonderful mountain views. Roads are gravel; there are no restrictions or property owners association. There is central water; some lots have central sewer, others not.
Directions: Head north out of downtown on Cemetery Road (CR 411). Watch for Fritz and Mabel’s Place on the left to signal that you have arrived at Pagosa Development.
