Crowley Ranch Reserve

Crowley Ranch Reserve is an award-winning cluster development of 87 home sites!

This is remote Colorado mountain land is 23 miles south of Pagosa Springs and just 2 miles from the New Mexico border. It’s just a 2 1/2 hour drive to Santa Fe to enjoy the charm of that New Mexico town.  The Reserve covers 2000 acres, with 1500 acres set aside as a wildlife sanctuary and community open space for the non-motorized enjoyment of property owners.  Most lots are 3 acres, but Phase II is larger parcels to 80 acres south of Hwy 84.
