Vista is the one neighborhood within Pagosa Lakes where mobile homes are allowed
There is also an area of smaller stick-built homes near the PLPOA Club House. Part of the area is wooded, part is open meadow and some lots have lovely mountain views. Included in the Pagosa Lakes Property Owners Association (PLPOA).
