Chris Mountain Village

Chris Mountain Village is pretty and secluded

There are pine trees and gamble oak; some lots have mountain views.  This is one of the few remaining areas in Pagosa Lakes that does not have utilities fully in place. The water district (PAWSD) has installed water and sewer lines but most of the area does not yet have electric service.  The eastern edge of the subdivision does have utilities in, and a few homes have been built.

NOTE: Pay attention to these listings… is the water/sewer tap fee paid???

The water/sewer lines were installed fairly recently in this area and many of the tap fees have not been paid.  Since they are about $13,000 for each lot, whether or not the selling price includes a paid tap fee is a BIG consideration.
